1 Achieve Employment started from a simple observation: too many agencies in Singapore treat hiring a helper as a one-time transaction. Our founder saw it firsthand — agents pushing through placements without screening for genuine quality, then disappearing the moment problems surfaced after the helper was deployed. Add to that the outdated process most agencies still insist on: employers having to physically visit a shop, sign paperwork on the spot, and wait around to collect their helper in person. We built 1 Achieve to fix all three. We focus on placing genuinely well-matched, quality helpers — not just filling a vacancy. We stay involved after deployment, so issues get resolved instead of ignored. And we run as a boutique, fully online agency: every step of the paperwork and admin is handled digitally, with your helper delivered directly to your door. No shopfront visit, no waiting around — just a smoother process from day one.
