We use an internal automation tool, “1 Achieve n8n Blog Poster”, that connects to our own Google Business Profile account through Google’s Business Profile API. Its only purpose is to automatically publish a short update on our own business profile when we publish a new article on our blog.
- The tool signs in only as our own business account. It is not offered to the public, and we do not collect Google account data from website visitors or customers.
- It uses the permission https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage solely to create posts on our own Business Profile.
- We do not read, store, share or sell any other person’s Google data.
- Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
